the Finish Line

The Carousel at Pottstown and
Expo Center Project is concluding the design
phase of its timeline.
Phoenixville architect Tom Carnavalle
-who was involved with the highly successful
Phoenix Steel revitalization project- is now
working with the site engineer on the second
draft of a final building design.
This will bring the design into
full conformance with the site's various confines,
including those imposed by PECO, borough codes,
FEMA and the Montgomery County Open Space program.
The carousel and borough plan
to coordinate their development efforts and
jointly complete the land development process
for the full site before the planning commission
and proceed immediately to construction bids.
